Sculpting Garnish

When the majority of my time is spent working, the photography options are limited. (I still promise to make up for my lack of posts Friday and Saturday; some ideas are swirling around my head.) Scott worked brunch with us today, something out of the norm. He skewered bloody mary garnishes and stacked them into a modern sculpture of sorts. While admiring his work, he wished he had a camera to capture his piece of art. He was very proud. I was in desperate need of photos. Go figure, I was needed for more than my serving this morning!
